At Bookshelf, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The book must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or handled books

  • Items purchased on clearance or promotion (unless damaged)

  • Customized or personalized books

Include your order number and photo/video proof of the issue.

Once your return is approved, you may ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit (upon customer’s request)
